Kennisha Cunningham was born, raised and resides in Columbus, Ohio and is the second oldest of six siblings. She has been married to her husband, Richard Cunningham Jr for 16 years and is the mother of four children: Gyshelah Jr, Tyrone, Richard III and Yakira. Kennisha also has six grandchildren. Kennisha attends Rhema Christian Center, pastored by Apostle LaFayette Scales and his wife Theresa, where she is an active volunteer with the Women with Courage ministry. The goal of this ministry is to provide spiritual encouragement and instruction for positive parenting skills for single parent families, something Kennisha is all too familiar with. Kennisha is also currently a student of Unique Women, a two-year course designed after the Majoring in Men curriculum, which was created by the late Edwin Cole to help men understand their roles as Christian men. The course consists of nine books which include titles such as Maximized Manhood and Courage. She is scheduled to graduate with the 2017 class. Kennisha has earned her bachelors’ degrees in Accounting and Forensic Accounting along with attending a myriad of leadership and development courses.
