Having found her voice, Sabrinna speaks out in the community against violence promoting positive programs through her son’s nonprofit organization, Play It 4Ward Sports and Entertainment Co.
Sabrinna Stennette also keeps her son’s legacy alive though other platforms such as hosting “Syndicated Village” radio show on Dejoi Soul Café (www.dejisoul.com) and participates on panel discussions addressing violence in our community. She is a member of the Community Response Team (CRT) for the Mayor’s office. Sabrinna plans to continue being a voice for surviving parents who have not yet found theirs. Sabrinna is a member of New Life Worship Center where she serves on the Altar Workers and Dance ministries. She is also a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Sabrinna’s foundational life scriptures are Psalms 23, Jeremiah 29:11 and Romans 8:28 and she has adopted her son Andre’s motto for life, “Turn down for what?” She gets up every day and lives life intentionally.
