Tisha Reid is passionate about helping women maximize their strengths and operate within their purpose. She is recognized as a women’s health advocate, community mobilizer, and anointed preacher of the Gospel. She has impacted many lives through life changing workshops, coaching, health programming, and powerful preaching.
A native of Indianapolis, Tisha is a graduate of Cathedral High School and holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Indiana University. She received her license to preach in 1999 and was ordained in 2004 in Christian Ministry. Currently, Tisha serves as Associate Pastor with Uplift Church in Indianapolis, Indiana where her husband, Rodric K. Reid is Senior Pastor. In addition, she leads their women’s ministry and hosts a broadcast, “Power Points 4 Living” on periscope.tv.
To her professional credit, Tisha has developed community health programming addressing health equity for over 20 years. Currently, she is the Associate Director for the National Center of Excellence in Women’s Health at Indiana University School of Medicine. She serves on numerous state-wide boards and is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority.
Tisha is an entrepreneur, providing organizational training and certified health and wellness coaching for individuals and organizations. She holds a certification in mental health first aid and is a published author.
Tisha loves spending time with her husband and their three gifted daughters, Jasmin, Tiffani and Jessica. Tisha Reid is simply a child of God, serving the community, so she can hear God say, “Well Done My Good and Faithful Servant-Well Done.”
